Client Support requirements
- Integral role of building relationships and connections by being the first point of contact.
- Medical Administration or National Disability Insurance Scheme experience.
- Exemplary onboarding experience and handling enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support clinical management of schedules, including confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling of appointments.
- Data entry into our CRM system.
- Documentation and file management.
- Professional documentation proofing.
